Two homes of identical square footage take very different amounts of time depending on layout, condition and pets. One published number would either overcharge you or get walked back at the door — so we quote yours.
Tell us about your home and we send a written quote, usually the same day. No in-home sales visit, no obligation. You pay after the clean is finished — never before — by card, ACH, Apple Pay or Zelle.
Inside the oven or refrigerator, interior windows and tracks, blinds detailed, laundry washed and folded, deep pet-hair removal, closet and pantry organizing. Priced individually, never added without asking.
Renovation dust needs a different process and different equipment. We work with general contractors, property managers and homeowners to get a unit ready for occupancy. Free walkthrough on larger projects.

Straight answers
Every Halo cleaner is a W-2 employee, background-checked, bonded and insured — not a subcontractor pulled off an app. You'll have their name before they arrive, and you don't need to be home.
Usually, but we won't promise it — people get sick and take vacations, and we'd rather be straight with you than break that promise in month three. What doesn't change is the standard: your written profile goes to whoever is assigned.

No. Your quote comes in writing before anything is scheduled and that's what you pay. Add-ons are optional, priced separately, and never added without asking you first.
Everything, including a full-size HEPA vacuum. Products are non-toxic and safe around kids and pets once dry. Prefer your own products? Leave them out and we'll use those.
Both are normal. Pet-hair removal is included in the Deep Clean and available as an add-on otherwise, and anything you want handled a particular way goes straight into your home profile.
Never. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Skip a month, pause for the summer, or stop entirely — just let us know.
Most new clients are scheduled within three to five days. If you need something faster, call us — we hold a small number of slots for short-notice work.
